In an effort to save paper and reduce carbon emissions, we are no longer accepting print registrations; however, you can click the link above to register and there is an option to sign up online and mail in a check if you prefer. Please note, though, that when signing up for our events on imATHLETE, there are NO ADDITIONAL FEES! A lot of people choose to mail in entries to avoid those fees, but with us, you pay the same whether you register online or mail it in. For more about our Green Efforts, click here.

Please register before August 1st to secure your race T-shirt and race packet goodies. After that day, no guarantees on a T-shirt size and race packet goodies can be made.

THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION. Registration will be available at packet pick-up the day before each. Again, no guarantees on a T-shirt and race packet goodies if you wait that long. The only exception is our Youth Duathlon - we will have race day registration if spots are still available.

Please be aware that all proceeds will benefit both national and local charities.

Refunds

75% refund through May 31st, 2012

You may also request a transfer of 60% of your entry fee towards next year’s event, or transfer your entry to a friend!

In order to process a refund or transfer to next year’s event, please click here and have your event confirmation number handy. For a transfer to another individual, please email the race director.

As a value-added service to our athletes, TriSports Racing proudly participates in an innovative Registration Fee Reimbursement plan through 365Competitors, LLC. This program entitles all race participants to a full refund of their registration fee should they become ill or injured and unable to race.Please view the 365Competitors website for specifics on coverage.

Weather Policy

We have been lucky enough to have good weather almost every year; however, the possibility exists to have weather that could potentially delay the start, shorten the races, or cancel them all together. If that should occur, our policy is as follows:

1) We will delay the start of the event(s) as long as possible in the hopes that the inclement weather would pass.

2) If the swim is not possible and weather permits, we will change the race(s) to a bike-run format.

3) If inclement weather is severe and we have to cancel the race, either prior to race day or on race day, a 25% credit will be issued to all registered participants towards the next year’s event. No refunds will be issued in the event of race cancellation due to inclement weather.
